- Build a training system
for the government employees (user requirements, system configuration,
planning, coding, testing strategies, testing and debugging, implementation and

- Develop the
infrastructure for the tax system , built screens and reports models, and their
supporting libraries.
- Create the role of
quality assurance in strengthening of general preferences, and implementing ISO
and CMM features for the system.
- Among others, I
developed several functionalities for the tax system.
- I was responsible for
the DBA activities, system backup, ORACLE DB fine tuning, installing
distributed database (now RAC or Grid), among others, I was responsible for
adjusting and optimizing the initialization parameters of the DBs.
- Create and test a
symmetrical replication database (a replication in single direction from the
decentralized DB to the centralize DB, and in 2 directions from the central DB
to the decentralized DBs and vice versa, all in real time using mode online or
instant mode, or offline, for consolidation purposes).
- I did the planning,
feasibility study, resource allocation, in terms of employees, time and
activities, user and system requirements, system logical and physical model,
prototypes of screens and reports, system analysis, design, and workflow of the
payroll system for the Ministry of Finance, with links to all other ministries,
system includes retirement plan and personnel systems (HR) .
- Migrate from Access DB
the stock system of the Ministry of Finance in transforming the data format and
structure of the Access DB to the data and structure of the ERP system
Peregrine - Apsylog Systems Inc. working under Multi DBs (Sybase, oracle, SQL
anywhere, SQL server, etc).
- Plan & built the
asset resource system for the stock, -
Help Desk System (given the user requirements, BPR, system requirements,
development plan, resources and budgeting, operation and testing, etc..).
